History explores our origins and the narratives we create to understand bygone eras. Spanning from everyday life to remarkable events, from community tales to worldwide perspectives, and from documented truths to imaginative interpretations, you'll hone essential skills in critical analysis, debate, and evaluation—key assets for careers in journalism, public service, arts, and academia.
Your studies will encompass Irish, European, and World History across medieval and contemporary periods. You'll examine diverse historical dimensions—political, artistic, societal, and financial.
