The Certificate in Disability-Inclusive Practice is a year-long program designed for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Participants will gain skills to:
Provide instruction on inclusive practices for disabilities in educational and workplace environments.

This certificate offers a distinctive chance for intellectually disabled adults in the Cork area to enhance their self-advocacy abilities. Participants will:
Acquire training techniques for inclusive disability practices across various settings. Build essential competencies for continued education and career growth (including public speaking, interpersonal communication, policy analysis for inclusion, and evaluation skills).
Through the Career Development module and practical work experience, students will cultivate abilities that can improve their job prospects post-program.
