This master's program was developed to address industry demand for an advanced degree combining energy studies, environmental concerns, and management principles. The curriculum aims to boost the professional capabilities of current and aspiring managers, engineers, and scientists by exploring contemporary theories, practices, regulations, technologies, and financial aspects related to European energy and environmental challenges. Upon completion, graduates will possess strong environmental technology management skills and comprehensive knowledge of resource management within financial and ecological limitations.
While primarily tailored for engineering professionals, the program also appeals to scientists, managers, and multidisciplinary practitioners including environmental health specialists, architects, and urban planners.
Standard applicants: at least a 2.2 award in an Honours Bachelor of Engineering Degree will normally permit direct access to Stage 1.
Non-Standard applicants: Applicants holding a qualification or combination of qualifications deemed by the Institute as being of equivalent standard to the above when taken in conjunction with relevant work experience may also be considered.
