This three-year full-time program prepares students in contemporary food processing techniques, food safety protocols, and industry-relevant analytical testing. The curriculum also integrates essential business competencies, providing insights into the financial and managerial aspects of the food sector. Initially, the focus lies heavily on foundational sciences including biology, chemistry, and physics to establish a robust knowledge base. During the second and third years, students delve into specialized subjects like food chemistry, processing technologies, microbiology, and quality control. Additional coursework in business operations, marketing strategies, and regulatory compliance equips graduates with versatile skills for diverse roles across the food industry.
You should be at least 17 years of age in January of the year of entry.
You must have a Secondary/High School Diploma, with good grades in English and Mathematics and at least 4 other subjects, on average + 60%.
