Psychology examines mental processes and human behavior through scientific methods. This field covers specialized areas including Brain and Behavior, Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Psychological Research Techniques. Graduates earn a degree accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). During their third year, students may choose between a semester-long work placement, international study opportunity, or research internship (availability dependent).
