The Honors Specialization program is designed for students deeply passionate about History and contemplating advanced studies in the field. It also serves as valuable preparation for various graduate disciplines, equipping students with versatile skills. History graduates are highly regarded for their comprehensive problem-solving abilities, expertise in collecting and interpreting extensive data, and talent for conveying key insights effectively. Additionally, this specialization provides excellent groundwork for pursuing careers in education, law, business, journalism, and other professional fields.
A minimum average of B grade in 3 distinct A-Levels or 4 distinct AS-Levels. Predicted Results - You must complete the GCE A Level Predicted Results Form. A minimum of a C grade in 5 GCSE or IGCSE or Ordinary Levels or equivalent in academic subjects. A minimum of 4.0 full senior academic courses reported on your academic transcript. A minimum SAT combined Evidence-Based Reading and Writing plus Math score of 1190 OR a minimum ACT composite score of 24. The score reports must be official and come to the Admissions Office directly from the College Board or ACT.
