The Culinary Arts Diploma emphasizes hands-on training, with most instruction occurring in VCC's kitchens and dining facilities. Participants rotate through various teaching kitchens and service areas for at least one month each, engaging in demonstrations, practical exercises, and collaborative discussions. Theoretical knowledge is delivered through classroom sessions combining lectures, group conversations, and self-study to foster industry-ready expertise.
