In MITT's production kitchen, Culinary Arts and Design students apply classroom theories through practical demonstrations while preparing meals for the institution's three campus cafeterias, guided by experienced chef instructors. These practical abilities are further strengthened during final-year work placements. Graduates emerge as versatile professionals, having developed customer service excellence along with workplace competencies through MITT's Work Skills Series. The program suits those who excel in fast-paced environments, collaborate effectively, demonstrate creativity and precision, and possess a deep enthusiasm for culinary arts and skill development. Strong sensory perception and physical endurance are valuable traits for success.
