The University of Windsor's Applied Social Psychology program aims to train students as academics, investigators, and professionals across diverse Social Psychology fields, with a focus on Community Health and Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Through integrated coursework, research projects, and practical internship opportunities, the program equips students with essential skills for teaching, professional practice, and conducting studies in multiple environments such as academic institutions, community organizations, government bodies, healthcare facilities, corporate settings, HR departments, and consulting agencies.
The department offers robust programs in both Applied Social Psychology and Clinical Psychology. These comprehensive programs typically require six to seven years to finish, incorporating an MA degree that students should complete within the initial two-year period. Delayed MA completion could affect program status. Our graduate programs exclusively accept new students for Fall semester enrollment (beginning in September) and operate solely on a full-time basis without part-time alternatives.
