The School of Music provides Master of Music (MMus) and Master of Arts (MA) degrees in Music, with two distinct pathways: performance and music research.

Performance programs cover piano, vocal studies, orchestral instruments, and guitar.

The School collaborates with Women's Studies and Medieval and Renaissance Studies at the MA level. Additional details about these joint programs can be found under "Admission Requirements."

The collaborative Medieval and Renaissance Studies (MDV) master's program has dual objectives:

Delivering interdisciplinary graduate education in Medieval and Renaissance Studies;
Equipping students with period-specific research methodologies and theoretical frameworks.
This specialization allows students to enhance their primary studies with interdisciplinary coursework in Medieval and Renaissance topics. Requirements include a thesis or research paper focused on this historical period, along with two core MDV courses—one partially fulfilling the main discipline's requirements.

Additionally, the School provides graduate diplomas in piano pedagogy research and orchestral studies.
