We strive to cultivate in students a distinctive blend of hands-on abilities and analytical thinking, paired with a bold, forward-looking mindset. Our program encourages students to explore the very essence of theater - its structure and meaning. We aim to push students toward autonomous thinking while nurturing their natural creativity, problem-solving skills, and inventive spirit.

Leadership is central to our philosophy. Graduates frequently take charge as leaders within production teams, overseeing department performances, and emerge fully equipped for leadership positions in their professional careers.

Our department emphasizes live performance as the focal point where all theatrical disciplines converge; every graduate student engages in this dynamic environment of artistic exploration. The vibrant exchange between different programs enhances each student's experience beyond their individual course of study.
