St. Lawrence College's Culinary Programs provide hands-on, method-driven education with work-integrated learning opportunities. Our curriculum blends theory with practical application, giving students comprehensive exposure to all culinary disciplines. With intentionally small classes, we nurture each student's growth into a competent and creative culinary professional. The SLC Culinary Faculty takes pride in our graduates' achievements while continuously enhancing our programs to produce career-ready culinary professionals.
Students can choose between our flexible program options: the one-year Culinary Skills Certificate or the two-year Culinary Management Diploma.
The first two semesters are identical across all culinary programs, allowing for smooth transitions between credential levels when students reconsider their educational path.
