The Construction Project Management (CPM) program equips students with skills to organize, finance, oversee, and direct diverse construction projects across residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, and civil infrastructure sectors. This graduate certificate program enhances prior education by emphasizing construction legislation, contractual agreements, ethical standards, personnel management, along with project coordination, cost estimation, quality control, financial management, environmental sustainability, and financial reporting.
Career Prospects
Upon completion, graduates will be ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the construction field, qualifying for various leadership roles including construction project leader, communications director, project organizer, site overseer, construction superintendent, operations director, and field operations supervisor.
Ontario College Diploma, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field, or equivalent, from a recognized college OR University OR demonstrated competence through related work.
English Proficiency Requirements:
IELTS overall band of 6.0.
PTE (Pearson Test of English) minimum score 60
TOEFL overall 83.
CAEL minimum score 60
CELPIP General 7.0 in each module.
