This program is available both fully online and through Seneca's hybrid learning model at Newnham Campus. The hybrid option combines online studies with mandatory in-person sessions. Students opting for hybrid delivery at Newnham Campus must attend campus for face-to-face learning components.
Over eight months, this certificate program strengthens English language proficiency through focused instruction in writing, reading, speaking, and listening. Technology integration supports your academic work throughout the program. After completing the program, graduates can pursue diploma studies at Seneca or transition directly into employment.

You may submit transcripts or certificates for any completed university/postsecondary college courses or programs taken inside or outside of Canada.
Academic records that are in a language other than English must include an official/certified English translation.
IELTS Academic - Minimum 6.0 with no skill below 5.5 .
TOEFL (Internet-Based) - Minimum 80 with no skill below 20.
