Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) represents the scientific study of human behavior. This approach examines measurable environmental factors that shape actions. While commonly associated with ASD treatment, ABA's behavioral principles are universally relevant to all individuals.
This educational program equips students with behavioral analysis techniques to enhance crucial life skills, ultimately benefiting people with ASD and other disabilities along with their support networks.
The Association for Behavior Analysis International has approved specific courses within this program as meeting the academic prerequisites for either the Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst certification exams. Prospective candidates must fulfill additional criteria and prove their residency in an approved Canadian province to qualify for examination eligibility.
