A distinctive feature is our research focus on life science education methods. As members of the Faculty of Science, students can engage with scholars across diverse disciplines. Memorial University features a cutting-edge Animal Research Center, advancing biomedical studies in the region. PhD – Doctoral programs are offered in Biochemistry or Food Science. This degree requires coursework, comprehensive examinations, and a dissertation, typically completed within four years of full-time enrollment.

Duolingo English Test - An aggregate score of 115 - 125 for graduate programs with higher English proficiency requirements. CAEL - A score between 50 and 60 in each of four bands with at least 2 band scores of 60 MET - A score of 59 percent.
