The food studies certificate program caters to individuals passionate about exploring food-related topics across local, regional, national, and international contexts.
Across global cultures, food serves as the foundation of daily life - the essential element that unites communities. It links our present to our ancestral roots, existing simultaneously as both intimate and worldwide in significance. Food studies encompass more than just nutrition, farming, and cuisine; they examine the entire cycle from production to consumption to waste management.
