Our Culinary Arts program provides a thorough education, starting with fundamental knife techniques and food prep before progressing to specialized skills like meat cutting, global cooking styles, and à la carte service.
Alongside kitchen expertise, you'll receive operational business training to handle all aspects of restaurant management. Daily hands-on experience comes through shifts in our campus eateries, covering morning service, midday meals, and upscale evening dining. This intensive kitchen exposure prepares you for the demanding rhythm of professional food service.
The program includes a 600-hour compensated externship, allowing you to demonstrate your abilities to potential employers while exploring diverse career pathways in the culinary field.
