The Neuroscience graduate program offers an intensive, interdisciplinary research experience, bringing together faculty from Health Sciences, Science, Humanities, and Engineering. With diverse research specialties among our faculty, this program provides exceptional training opportunities for graduate students. Students are drawn to The Neuroscience Graduate Program (MiNDS) due to our distinguished faculty and resource-rich setting. This collaborative initiative across Science, Health Sciences, Engineering, and Humanities transcends traditional academic boundaries, encompassing the widest scope of neuroscience. Faculty research focuses on advancing human health and making discoveries in fields including neural development, behavioral genetics, brain imaging, sensory perception, pain mechanisms, motor learning, neurological disorders (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, autism), mental health conditions (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder), addiction studies, and various other areas of neuroscience research.
