The program and its participants span the entire spectrum from single-cell physiology to intricate social behaviors in both animals and humans. As part of this program, students explore the complex relationships between action and perception. They can investigate advanced human cognitive functions like language processing, attention focus mechanisms, or memory creation processes. Alternatively, research may focus on the neurophysiological aspects of motivation, anxiety, and addictive behaviors. The Cognitive Neuroscience Program immerses students in cutting-edge research within one of psychology's most dynamic fields.
