Develop both theoretical knowledge and hands-on abilities through training in state-of-the-art facilities that feature modern culinary technology and equipment.

After completing this intensive one-year program, numerous graduates choose to advance their education by enrolling in either the Culinary Management diploma program or our Cook Apprenticeship initiative.

This program's coursework mirrors the initial year of Culinary Management studies, enabling seamless transitions into that program after the first or second semester through bridging courses. Students may also opt for the Cook Apprenticeship pathway if they secure qualifying employment.
