Kickstart your journey as a baker or pastry chef with our one-year Baking and Pastry Foundations certificate program, located in downtown Toronto amidst premier restaurants, bakeries, and hotels. The Baking and Pastry Foundations (H128) program serves as the ideal launchpad for aspiring bakers and pastry professionals. Throughout this intensive year-long program, students master fundamental pastry techniques, cake preparation, and decoration through practical training and theoretical instruction.
