Welcome to all students passionate about artistic exploration. Our sculpture program embraces a versatile, multidisciplinary approach that fosters creativity across various mediums. Offering more than traditional object creation, we encourage performance-based installations and other innovative forms of expression. Students gain hands-on experience with metal and wood fabrication, mold-making, foundry techniques for bronze and aluminum, public art methodologies, eco-conscious practices, and cutting-edge digital tools.
Program highlights include: A flexible curriculum tailored to individual artistic goals. Valuable professional development through internships. Soon-to-be-upgraded studio spaces and foundry equipment, plus dedicated exhibition areas. Courses blending technical skill-building with conceptual growth. Round-the-clock studio access. A vibrant undergraduate sculpture association (A.U.S.) with its own workspace
Sculpture examines the dynamic relationship between objects, spaces, and human interaction. This expansive field remains deeply connected to modern experiences. Our program cultivates critical thinking through hands-on creation, where conceptual development and practical execution work in tandem throughout the artistic process.
