This two-year Veterinary Technician Ontario College Diploma program equips you for a career in veterinary medicine through hands-on training with experienced professionals at our on-campus veterinary facility and local partner clinics.

You'll gain practical experience in our 10,100 square-foot Veterinary Learning Centre and Clinic, featuring a reception area, examination rooms, animal housing, surgical and dental suites, radiography facilities, and other professional spaces. Designed to mirror an actual small animal practice, this center allows you to train with industry-standard equipment.

Students enjoy the special privilege of providing healthcare to shelter animals while preparing them for new homes. Throughout the program, you'll function as an essential part of the veterinary team, building practical skills and knowledge applicable across various departments within our Veterinary Learning Centre and Clinic.
