The study of animal behavior focuses on how creatures navigate their surroundings and interpret information to enhance survival and reproduction. This Animal Behavior module adopts a scientific perspective to examine the actions of animals, including humans, and their underlying motivations. It investigates behaviors through both immediate mechanisms—like hormonal influences and genetic factors—and evolutionary perspectives that consider origins and reproductive impacts. The course integrates academic insights from Psychology and Biology departments.
