The Master of Laboratory Medicine is tailored for science or biomedical science graduates seeking careers in diagnostic pathology or medical research but needing hands-on experience in laboratory diagnostics.
RMIT provides diverse learning methods, including lectures. Continuous evaluation throughout the term involves competency tests, essays, lab reports, oral sessions, presentations, group work, research projects, lab assignments, and practical tasks. In the final semester, qualified students can complete a full semester of supervised training in either a medical research lab or a diagnostic pathology lab.
