Develop into a skilled, thoughtful, and creative speech pathology professional. Speech therapists deliver specialized care to individuals of all ages whose communication and swallowing challenges affect their education, career, personal life, and social interactions. These disorders, stemming from developmental delays, socioeconomic factors, health conditions, or injuries, can significantly diminish life quality. Our program fosters continuous professional growth through an inquiry-driven curriculum featuring problem-based learning. Diverse instructional methods—such as lectures, hands-on workshops, clinical training sessions, and practical placements—complement this approach. Evaluation includes multiple formats like peer reviews, self-assessments, real-world task performance, and competency-based practical assessments.
Applicants must normally hold an approved degree from an approved tertiary institution and typically have achieved a minimum of a credit average.
