Research in Nutrition and Dietetics explores how food and nutrients impact health, influence chronic disease risks, and enhance growth and performance.
Our expertise spans nutrition education, food literacy, gut health, chronic disease management, pediatric nutrition, and dietary strategies for vascular health improvement. We partner with diverse industry stakeholders, from plant breeders to food manufacturers, to create commercially viable, health-enhancing food products. This work has gained global recognition, appearing in top-tier journals and shaping dietary policies both in Australia and abroad. Our findings actively contribute to public health initiatives promoting nutritious eating habits.
