The accelerated graduate program enables eligible computer engineering undergraduates to fast-track their master's degree requirements. To obtain a bachelor's degree, students must complete 129 undergraduate credits. For the master's, they need either 33 graduate credits (non-thesis path) or 30 credits (thesis path), with a minimum of 15 credits at the 6000-level. AGDP participants can apply up to 12 credits from 5000-level courses taken during their WMU undergraduate studies toward their computer engineering master's. Dedicated full-time students might finish both degrees within five years.
A student must have at least junior standing and earned a minimum of fifteen (15) hours from the electrical and computer engineering department with a major GPA of 3.2/4.0 or better.
A student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4/4.0 based upon credit hours earned at WMU. This GPA is based on at least 30 credit hours at WMU.
