Educational Goals
Upon completing their studies, Sargent Conservatory students will demonstrate the ability to: Analyze theatrical traditions within their cultural and historical frameworks, Develop sharp critical thinking, investigative, planning, and technical abilities for theatrical production and performance, Implement these competencies (from goal #2) in diverse theatrical styles with artistic proficiency, Exemplify constructive leadership, articulate expression, and cooperative teamwork, Examine systemic inequalities and prejudices in both artistic and social contexts, while advancing fairness and inclusion through theatrical practice and performance.
