Education candidates will exhibit expertise in subject content, learner comprehension, and pedagogical methods grounded in research and investigation. This encompasses mastering subject material that fosters conceptual learning, utilizing investigative techniques to create engaging educational activities, recognizing developmental aspects in student progress, and applying instructional theories to design effective learning opportunities. Aspiring educators will integrate diverse evaluation and teaching approaches to implement research-backed educational methods. This entails developing curricula tailored to students' existing knowledge, learning preferences, abilities, and requirements, utilizing various teaching techniques, employing multiple communication channels and technologies to enhance learning, and implementing both formal and informal assessments to track progress and adjust teaching methods. Education candidates will contemplate educators' roles as agents of transformation by working cooperatively with peers, students, and families across educational and community settings. This is evidenced through embracing self-reflection for professional development, fostering teamwork among colleagues, families, and community members, building connections with students and families to support academic growth, and driving positive changes that enhance student and family outcomes. Education candidates will show appreciation for diversity by implementing adaptive teaching strategies that honor individual uniqueness. This involves recognizing and addressing diversity-related matters appropriately, considering social and cultural contexts to establish productive learning environments, customizing instruction based on learners' knowledge levels, skills, and backgrounds, and identifying specialized support resources when necessary
