Students accepted into the Biology Ph.D. program have the option to pursue a dual-title degree in Urban Sustainability. This interdisciplinary program equips graduates to address complex urban challenges through cross-disciplinary approaches. Participants in this dual-title track will study specialized urban sustainability subjects while building relevant practical skills. Biology students in this program will additionally complete an Urban Sustainability internship or scientific exchange, contribute to academic discussions through colloquia and seminars, engage in community initiatives, and prepare grant applications. The curriculum aligns with the competency framework established by the Transformative Research in Urban Sustainability Training initiative.

Although the university's minimum internet-based TOEFL for international applicants is 79/120, applicants admitted to our program should score 90/120 or better
We accept the IELTS as well. The university minimum is 6.5 and above. 550 paper-based (PBT)
