The Department of Health and Exercise Science (HES) provides a Bachelor of Science degree program in Health and Exercise Science. This curriculum prepares students for medical and healthcare-related professions, including preventive and rehabilitative services, or for advanced studies in health sciences. Many graduates become doctors, physical therapists, physician assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, or dietitians. Additional career paths include dentistry, public health, exercise physiology, health psychology, and biomechanics. The program combines scientific knowledge with practical applications through research opportunities and internships.
