graduates enter a highly competitive job market well-prepared. They're fluent in technical terminology while grasping strategic objectives and operational priorities, along with leadership responsibilities. Consider these questions to decide if the MS in Engineering/MBA program suits your goals:
Does your current or desired position require budget oversight or financial planning?
Are you seeking a complete career change?
Do you aim to advance to management (or higher) roles within your organization or launch your own venture?
The University of Wyoming's dual degree program allows students to complete both an M.S. in Engineering and MBA within two years across any engineering department. The first year focuses on MBA core courses (Fall, Spring, and Summer terms), followed by specialized engineering coursework in the second year. Graduates receive both a Master of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree.
Applicants must declare their intent to pursue the joint program to both Colleges and gain separate admission from each. Dual degree candidates must maintain the academic standards of both the College of Engineering and Applied Science and the College of Business, while adhering to all University of Wyoming graduate policies.
