At UWM, we're pioneering these shifts with our BFA: Versatile Voice program, designed to encompass diverse musical styles while adapting to individual student aspirations. Our BFA curriculum provides rigorous training to refine your vocal or instrumental mastery. Situated as a conservatory within a top-tier research institution, our accomplished artist-faculty mentors are dedicated to nurturing, guiding, and educating you. Recognizing the inherently collaborative nature of the music world, you'll regularly collaborate with peers, visiting artists, and industry professionals from across campus, Milwaukee (Wisconsin's cultural hub), and beyond.

Qualification Requirements
All applicants whose native language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency in one of the following ways:
An approved test score that meets the requirement for regular or conditional admission.
University study: Completion of at least 18 months of full-time, for-credit academic study (approximately three semesters) at a recognized or accredited institution of higher education whose language of instruction is English immediately prior to enrollment at UWM.
Secondary/high school study: Proof of completion of the last two years of secondary/high school at an institution whose language of instruction is English immediately prior to enrollment at UWM. TOEFL IBT - 79 or higher, TOEFL PBT - 548 or higher, IELTS - 6.5
