Students can opt to pursue any of the nine MA International Studies programs as part of a dual degree pathway. For inquiries regarding course requirements for dual degree candidates in these programs, reach out to either the Program Chair or Graduate Program Coordinator. The standard International Studies (IS) master's curriculum was intentionally structured as a joint degree option to enhance professional studies. A key feature involves completing three interdisciplinary courses that count toward both the IS degree and the professional program requirements. Formal dual degree partnerships exist between the International Studies program and six professional fields: Public Affairs, Business Administration, Law, Forest Resources, Marine Affairs, and Public Health.
