To earn an Endodontics certificate, a student must exhibit mastery in handling all clinical endodontic procedures. This includes being a discerning diagnostician for dental, oral, and perioral conditions, providing prudent emergency care, and excelling in both standard and advanced treatment methods, including conventional and surgical therapies. A solid foundation in biological sciences offers essential context for understanding diagnostic and treatment rationales. Through critical evaluation of endodontic literature—past, present, and future—graduates will be equipped to identify knowledge gaps and extract valuable insights from relevant research.
