The Strategic Brand Consulting & Communications Program (SBC&C) explores in-depth concepts related to brand development, market analysis, comprehensive marketing strategies, and digital platforms. Through participation in the American Advertising Federation's National Student Advertising Competition, students engage in practical applications, learning to employ both statistical and observational research methods to discover consumer behaviors that inform brand positioning and shape successful marketing initiatives. Participants will also develop expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications (including Photoshop and InDesign), master video production techniques, and work with real-world data systems utilized by branding professionals, market researchers, and advertising strategists.
