The Master of Arts in Language Pedagogy (MALP) program immerses students in three core academic domains: language teaching methods, second language learning processes, and the cultural-literary traditions of specific language regions. This curriculum emphasizes cultivating professional competencies while empowering learners to analyze and implement scholarly works within the field. Graduates gain qualifications to instruct adult students at colleges, universities, and private high schools, or pursue advanced studies in second language acquisition, pedagogical research, and teaching methodologies. The MALP offers five concentration options: Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
