The PhD program in Occupational and Environmental Health, specializing in General Occupational Health, equips students with in-depth understanding of administrative processes for creating and overseeing occupational health initiatives across corporations, academic institutions, government agencies, and private sectors. Tailored for both seasoned professionals and newcomers to occupational health, the curriculum offers extensive studies in clinical occupational injury/disease management, epidemiology, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, biostatistics, safety oversight, and occupational health psychology.
This condition applies to candidates who have finished certain prerequisite OEH courses but not the entire core curriculum. Transcript assessments by the RMCOEH Faculty Admissions committee may grant partial credit, potentially reducing the total credit hours needed for the PhD degree.
