Our research employs structural and biophysical methods to solve biological challenges. Focus areas encompass microscopy, chemical theory, biomolecular modeling, and more. Primary investigations involve: Structural biology techniques (X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, cryo-EM), Protein architecture and engineering, Membrane protein dynamics, molecular motors and complex assemblies, Biomolecular modeling, Theoretical and computational chemistry, Single-molecule biophysics, Both experimental and computational methods for pharmaceutical discovery and development.
