UTSA offers two NASAD-accredited studio art programs for students pursuing an Art degree. Whether your goal is to work as a professional artist, arts educator, performer, or researcher, UTSA's studio art programs provide exceptional mentorship to cultivate your creative and modern artistic practice. The BFA program emphasizes rigorous studio work complemented by art history and critical studies, while the BA program centers on foundational training, specialized studio practices, and extensive art history coursework.
