The DNP: Nursing specialization program typically requires at least 36 credit hours for post-master's candidates. Under faculty guidance, each student will create and execute an evidence-based Translational Project addressing critical healthcare challenges. The curriculum also fulfills the required 1,000 post-baccalaureate clinical training hours - a hallmark of DNP education. Candidates with master's degrees may transfer up to 500 previously completed clinical hours toward this requirement.
