The Nursing Honors Program (NHP) at the University of Tennessee offers specialized nursing seminars, advanced coursework, and a research project. This program aims to provide an intellectually stimulating journey while enriching the learning experience for top-performing nursing undergraduates. Through close faculty mentorship, rigorous nursing classes, and intimate seminar discussions, participants gain the skills to complete a research project and present their work at various academic conferences. The NHP serves as excellent preparation for bachelor's degree holders considering graduate studies. To apply for admission as an undergraduate student, each international student is required to provide the following:
A completed application for undergraduate admission.
Complete one required essay chosen from one of seven prompts.
