The food and nutrition program (1211) offers comprehensive training in food and nutritional sciences, complemented by foundational studies in physical and biological sciences. This concentration equips graduates for professional opportunities in food science, food technology, child nutrition programs (previously known as school food services), higher education food administration, business sectors, institutional food operations, and leadership roles in diverse group dining environments.
