The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film and Media Arts is a specialized degree program emphasizing practical training in documentary, narrative, and experimental filmmaking with cutting-edge equipment. The comprehensive curriculum covers production, post-production, cinema studies, art history, screenwriting, and other disciplines, equipping graduates for careers as directors, producers, editors, visual effects specialists, sound engineers, writers, or independent filmmakers. Students can tailor their studies through elective courses and complete a short thesis film as their final project, which must be archived in the university's digital repository. The program provides access to advanced cameras, editing suites, and production facilities, including two surround-sound theaters, a multi-camera TV studio, audio editing spaces, film labs, 3D printing resources, and digital animation workstations. This NASAD-accredited program combines artistic development with technical expertise.
