This non-certification program builds on TESOL core courses by incorporating foundational literacy studies and a master's essay, complemented by an academic writing seminar. Electives enable students to tailor their studies to personal interests or pursue additional specializations with minimal extra credits. Beyond the core curriculum, participants may expand their program to meet further objectives or obtain supplementary certifications. Each enhancement option has distinct prerequisites and course requirements beyond the TT3 base program's framework. At Warner, we cultivate educators who creatively make English learning enjoyable, purposeful, and culturally relevant for diverse student populations. Our graduate students strengthen their grasp of English linguistics and language acquisition through coursework and practical experiences while mastering dynamic teaching approaches for this expanding field. The program develops instructors who recognize that English proficiency encompasses communication skills, cultural literacy, and command of the language's structural nuances. Graduates emerge as ESOL/EFL educators skilled at designing and adapting curriculum using authentic materials and meaningful contexts that actively immerse students in English language learning.
