The health, exercise and sport sciences program aims to explore how physical activities, exercise, and sports enhance human wellbeing. Our interdisciplinary approach incorporates biology, chemistry, psychology, sociology, business, education, and philosophy to help students understand health and movement comprehensively.
Students gain hands-on experience through practical assignments, guest lectures, and off-campus excursions. The curriculum extends learning beyond traditional classrooms with diverse internship and experiential opportunities.
In response to our rapidly evolving world, the program emphasizes innovative teaching methods, clinical approaches, and evaluation techniques. Coursework integrates current technologies, utilizing them for assignments, skill development, and performance measurement when applicable.
Since health, exercise and sport sciences intersect with multiple fields, our curriculum remains intentionally wide-ranging. This breadth prepares graduates for changing professional landscapes, introduces various career paths, and cultivates well-rounded professionals in the discipline.
