Nova Southeastern University's Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness Coaching equips you to deliver customized health strategies while considering the whole person. You'll master techniques for evaluating clients' lifestyles and support networks, crafting individualized nutrition and wellness programs, designing educational health resources, leading workshops, establishing a clinical practice, and implementing effective coaching methods. Through NSU's program, you'll collaborate with expert faculty from public health, nutrition, and family therapy departments - both in academic settings and real-world community projects. Our faculty's diverse professional backgrounds expose you to the advantages, satisfactions, and realities of health coaching careers. This degree also serves as excellent preparation for advanced studies in health-related graduate programs or behavioral health fields like family therapy.
The Clinic Exploration Program (CEP) allows students to observe healthcare professionals across NSU's medical facilities. Participants develop a comprehensive understanding of interdisciplinary medical collaboration while exploring different career paths firsthand. Open to all undergraduate students regardless of major, CEP features three-week rotations with weekly two-hour sessions. As a volunteer initiative, the program offers flexible participation options to accommodate various schedules.

Proof of English language proficiency with a passing score on one of the following:
TOEFL: 79 on the Internet-based test
IELTS: 6.0 or higher on the test module
Cambridge English B2 First, C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency
Duolingo Test of English: 105 or higher
PTE Academic: Overall score of 54 or higher
iTEP Academic: Overall score of 3.9 or higher
Passing Level 4 or higher from TALK English Schools
Completion and passing of ELS Level 112 Intensive Program English for Academic Purposes
SAT verbal scores of 520 or higher or ACT English score of 20
