Although we don't mandate a social work background or undergraduate degree (except for Advanced Standing candidates), preference is given to applicants with human services experience. Alumni have launched successful careers across various settings including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, social service agencies, crisis centers, and advocacy organizations. Graduates also meet eligibility requirements for state licensure or certification.
Our MSW program features an advanced generalist approach that upholds the profession's dedication to social equity, community welfare, and evidence-based practice.
